About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic candidate to provide first-line technical support to customers and employees via various communication channels.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for answering basic questions, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to senior engineers.
  • You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers and employees via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking issues using industry-standard tools and techniques.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior engineers and collaborate with them to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update documentation as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Exchange, and MS Windows networks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
