We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded in a timely and professional manner.
You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients and their teams.
To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience in customer service or support roles, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You should also be familiar with customer support software, such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve issues promptly, escalating complex cases to appropriate team members when necessary
- Maintain and update customer support records, including case notes and resolution status
- Provide product or service information, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of offerings
- Collaborate with client teams to improve support processes and customer experience
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with customer support software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet service-level expectations
