Digital Content and Community Specialist

The Content Strategist and Community Builder will be responsible for leading the development and execution of content plans across all digital platforms, while cultivating a strong, engaged community around lifestyle brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with each brand's goals, voice, and customer journey from awareness to loyalty.
- Manage a content calendar: Plan, schedule, and track content production and publication.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with internal teams and subject matter experts to create valuable, insight-driven content.
- Oversee content creation and affiliates: Manage freelancers and vendors to ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience creating and managing digital content.
- Exceptional command of English with a proven portfolio; strong writing and editing skills.
- Able to conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to written content.
Industry Requirements:
- Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.

- Strong analytical skills and data analysis software expertise.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
