Job Title: Community Engagement Specialist

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Engagement Specialist to build and grow a dynamic community of digital marketers.

The ideal candidate will have experience scaling online communities from a few hundred to thousands and lead community efforts across multiple platforms, fostering meaningful engagement and a positive, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute a content strategy tailored to digital marketers, including discussions, AMAs, events, polls, and member spotlights.

Foster engagement by initiating conversations, responding to inquiries, and amplifying user-generated content.

Monitor and moderate community spaces to ensure a high-quality experience.

Analyze growth and engagement metrics to inform community-building strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community efforts with brand positioning and campaign initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community management or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of growing online communities from less than 1,000 to 10,000+ members.
  • Hands-on experience managing communities on Discord, Telegram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and challenges.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Self-starter with analytical mindset and ability to use data to guide community strategies.
