Content Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our content operations team as a Content Operations Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple brands within our Content Management System, ensuring accurate translation and localisation of content, coordinating with design teams for multimedia content readiness, conducting quality checks for formatting and consistency, collaborating with multiple teams, publishing content that meets quality standards, and managing timelines for translated content.

This role requires excellent verbal and written communication abilities, strong command of English, and proficiency in an additional language is a plus. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the online gambling industry, with hands-on experience managing Content Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Management: Upload and manage content for multiple brands in the Content Management System.
  • Translation Coordination: Work with translation teams to ensure accurate translation and localisation of content.
  • Multimedia Coordination: Coordinate with design teams for multimedia content readiness.
  • Quality Checks: Conduct basic quality checks for formatting and consistency.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple teams (design, CRM, Casino, SEO).
  • Publishing: Publish content that meets quality standards.
  • Timeline Management: Manage timelines for translated content.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the online gambling industry, with hands-on experience managing Content Management Systems.
  • Languages: Strong command of English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work proactively and independently, as well as part of a team.
