Job Title: Senior Video Content Creator

We seek an expert who can develop and execute a comprehensive video content strategy, leveraging their skills in video editing, social media management, and analytics to drive business growth. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for film and television, who thrives on ownership and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Content Creation: Lead the creation of engaging video content that resonates with our target audience, including short-form and long-form videos, animations, and motion graphics.
  • Social Media Strategy & Funnel Optimization: Develop and implement a social media strategy that drives engagement, conversion, and revenue growth, using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
  • Analytics & Ownership: Take full ownership of social media analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights on performance and ROI.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in video content creation, social media management, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated passion for film and television, with a strong understanding of the language and realities of being a filmmaker, director, producer, screenwriter, or actor.
  • Strong business-savvy mind, with the ability to think critically about design and editing choices in terms of their impact on business goals and conversion funnels.
  • Expertise in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer.
