We seek Collections Representatives who are persuasive, professional, and results-driven. Help customers resolve outstanding balances while maintaining a respectful and empathetic approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers regarding overdue accounts via phone and email.\
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements.\
  • Update account information and payment statuses.\
  • Follow up on broken promises and missed payments.\
  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.\
  • Maintain detailed records of all collection activities.\
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly collection targets.\

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.\
  • High school diploma or GED required.\
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.\
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.\
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.\
  • Familiarity with debt collection laws and practices is a plus.\
  • Previous experience in collections or customer service preferred.\
