  • Collaborate closely with post-sales account development teams to identify and address pain points for small business merchants on our platform, leveraging new product adoption and other methodologies to drive growth.
  • Lead comprehensive analyses to equip sales teams with data-driven insights, unlocking opportunities for expansion and revenue enhancement within existing accounts.
  • Develop strategic initiatives aligned with the overall sales organization's objectives, focusing on 'winning the merchant' by devising and executing targeted campaigns.
  • Employ data-driven decision-making and sound business acumen to design and execute sales tests and lead market intelligence efforts, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Optimize our merchant acquisition engine to deliver the highest quality selection for customers, leveraging analytics and data visualization techniques to drive informed decisions.
  • Construct predictive models to evaluate the economics, value, and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives, providing actionable recommendations to enhance sales performance.
  • Manage cross-functional projects with sales, partner management, operations, product, engineering, business operations, and BD teams to improve the merchant experience and meet targets.
