We are looking for a skilled Professional II, Global Service Delivery specialist to join our team. Dedicated to creating success for clients, communities, and each other, we provide outsourced inside sales, customer success, renewals management, and channel management solutions for the world's greatest brands.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning our global programs, providing tactical production support to cross-regional and cross-functional projects, improving critical processes, and interacting with clients/stakeholders to assess, identify, and solve for health risk drivers to achieve customer retention and expansion.

You will own your future by partnering with cross-functional teams to assess and identify client health risk drivers, proposing corrective action plans, developing and maintaining strategic roadmaps to drive customer retention and expansion, planning and leading high-impact initiatives to improve scaled sales efficiency and effectiveness.

You will also build a culture of globally consistent best practices through continuous improvement, collecting feedback, evaluating efficiencies, and recommending changes to optimize sales delivery, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients, acting as a client champion, and facilitating timely resolution of client issues.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain strategic roadmaps to drive customer retention and expansion.
  • Plan and lead high-impact initiatives to improve scaled sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuously assess operational risks and leverage operational understanding of client/stakeholder processes to develop and implement corrective actions globally.
