Job Responsibilities- Provide administrative support: Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Financial management: Prepare and manage financial reports, reconcile accounts, and perform other tasks related to financial management.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in administrative support and/or financial management.
- Strong computer skills in MS Office, particularly in Excel.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- English proficiency.
- Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines.
- Willingsness to work in Quezon City.
