High-Volume Automation Expert

This role involves maintaining and improving existing n8n workflows that power high-volume candidate screening, scoring, and interview processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve existing n8n workflows for high-volume candidate screening, scoring, and interview processing.
  • Troubleshoot issues and make refinements to the workflows as needed.
  • Work directly with our founders and technical lead to ensure smooth operation of the automation side of our offshore recruitment business.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience working with n8n, including building and debugging complex workflows.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills across webhooks, HTTP requests, GraphQL, authentication headers, and JSON.
  • Able to read and write JavaScript and understand low-code/no-code logic.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Make, Zapier, Airtable, and APIs in general.
  • Strong attention to detail when testing automations.
  • Experience working with recruitment workflows is a bonus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
