Job Opportunity

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for delivering timely and effective technical support to restaurant operations. This role is critical for ensuring smooth functioning of IT systems across multiple venues, especially during peak trading hours.

This position involves working remotely to support various IT systems and platforms, with occasional on-site visits as needed.

Detailed Responsibilities
  • Provide real-time technical support to restaurant teams during business hours
  • Maintain and update menu items, settings, modifiers, reservation systems, and online platforms
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to POS errors, printer malfunctions, delivery platform connectivity, and online reservation systems
  • Communicate effectively with external vendors and platform support teams
  • Document support cases and maintain an internal knowledge base of common issues and solutions
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic networking knowledge (router/modem setup, IP configuration, DHCP/static IPs)
  • Experience with hospitality technology platforms, including POS and online booking systems
  • Proficiency with remote support tools such as TeamViewer
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support non-technical users patiently and clearly
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks independently
