About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Business Partner to join our team.

This individual will be responsible for consulting on stakeholders' development needs, deploying annual training plans, and ensuring relevant learning offerings and operational excellence across the region.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in any discipline, excellent project management skills, and at least 5 years of direct L&D experience. They will also have experience working with multinational companies and matrix organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consults on stakeholders' development needs with clearly defined outcomes and timelines
  • Deploys annual Training Plans for technical and non-technical competence development
  • Ensures relevant learning offering and operational excellence
  • Runs apprentice programs together with Talent Acquisition and business
  • Delivers on selected trainings and ensures field trainers deploy field learning solutions
  • Coordinates with business in subcontractor trainings for safety certificates and installation & maintenance method passports
  • Manages and supports internal trainer networks
  • Ensures data accuracy and KPIs transparency including improvement suggestions

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any disciplines with excellence project management skill.
  • Average 5 year direct L&D experience in the role.
  • Experience with multinational company and matrix organization
  • Excellent command of English.
