  • Provide key performance indicators on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to business leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition, with expertise in project-based recruitment across the APAC region.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience leading multinational talent acquisition teams.
