Seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to support the CEO at JOB MATCHMAKER. This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can provide top-notch administrative support, handle confidential information with discretion, and maintain accurate records. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing emails, calls, and other communications, as well as preparing reports, presentations, and documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support:
    • Handle all paperwork and documentation for the CEO.
    • Review and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Maintain accurate records and manage the filing system.
  • Communication Management:
    • Manage and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications.
    • Communicate on behalf of the CEO with internal and external parties.
    • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence.
  • Travel Coordination:
    • Organize and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
    • Ensure travel plans are seamless and well-coordinated.
  • Meeting and Event Planning:
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
    • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Business Operations:
    • Assist in managing various business ventures and projects.
    • Conduct research and provide insights to support business decisions.
    • Liaise with clients, partners, and vendors as necessary.
  • Efficiency Enhancement:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
    • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and provide proactive support.
Benefits

The salary range for this position is PHP 25,000 to PHP 30,000 per month. Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have any bachelor's degree, preferably graduated with Latin honors. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role is an advantage but not required. You should also possess exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), analytical and able to think critically to solve problems efficiently, confident in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively, capable of handling confidential information with utmost discretion, pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with various stakeholders, and polished and professional appearance.
