At this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless execution of stock replenishments from multiple suppliers and plants to distribution centers. Your goal is to maintain adequate inventory levels while ensuring timely delivery of every order to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of analysts to resolve issues affecting stock replenishment activities.
  • Execute procurement and production planning activities to ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Initiate shipping processes to pick up material from distribution centers.
  • Analyze exception messages from the MRP system and act on them based on the traffic light hierarchy.
  • Resolve price and quantity discrepancies according to the agreed turnaround time policy.
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics, including exception message aging, optimal inventory, and supplier performance.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in business, supply chain, industrial engineering, or equivalent.
  • Understanding of SAP (or other ERP software) and experience in supply chain management.
  • People management experience of at least 3-5 years.
  • Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet project deadlines and travel when required.
