Job Summary

The Logistics Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless third-party logistics operations by monitoring key performance indicators, managing contract obligations, and resolving potential issues.

This position is responsible for maintaining comprehensive performance dashboards and scorecards for regular reporting, as well as tracking and documenting third-party compliance with service level agreements and contract terms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date performance dashboards and scorecards for timely reporting.
  • Track and document third-party compliance with SLAs and contract terms to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Support communication with 3PLs on operational concerns, delivery issues, and service disruptions to minimize downtime.
  • Prepare procurement requests for standard materials, supplies, or services based on business needs.
  • Compile and analyze reports on Logistics cost computations to inform strategic decisions.
  • Evaluate the compliance of partners on standard building and facilities management activities, functions, operations, and procedures (e.g., security, housekeeping, refrigeration, utilities, maintenance, etc.).
  • Develop and present management reports related to HACCP, GWP, and EHSS to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in end-to-end warehouse operations (Inbound and Outbound) and supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Dashboards, etc.).
  • Familiarity with logistics KPIs and 3PL operations to drive informed decision-making.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder coordination to foster collaboration.
  • Familiarity with contract terms, SLAs, and vendor compliance is an asset.
