Deployment Project Lead

The Deployment Project Lead is accountable for delivering standard deployment projects independently, developing expertise in project management processes and building key relationships with clients. This role serves as the foundation of our team, handling a majority of routine deployments while growing toward more complex responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning and execution of deployment projects from start to finish.
  • Establish and maintain open, clear, and proactive communication with clients.
  • Track milestones, resources, and budgets to deliver on time and within scope.
Logistics & Coordination
  • Manage logistics including site assessments, equipment delivery, installation coordination, and vendor scheduling.
  • Efficiently resolve day-to-day deployment challenges and escalate complex issues as needed.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates for stakeholders.
  • Analyze project outcomes and share lessons learned to contribute to better processes.
Vendor & Process Oversight
  • Coordinate with third-party installation vendors, ensuring schedules align and proposals meet expectations.
  • Monitor vendor performance and address quality or timing concerns promptly.
Requirements
  • 2+ years in project coordination or management, especially in operational or deployment environments.
  • Strong communicator with a client-focused mindset and solid stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience managing logistics, vendor relationships, and multitasking in dynamic projects.
  • (Beneficial) Exposure to retail technology or hardware deployments.
  • (Beneficial) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
