Join us in our quest for innovation as a Lead DevOps/Cloud Engineer.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS services, with a strong background in automation and infrastructure as code.

The responsibilities of this role include leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments, architecting and maintaining infrastructure as code using Terraform, implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for reliable, automated deployments, deploying monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for infrastructure and applications, establishing security best practices and compliance across cloud resources, optimizing cloud resource utilization for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency, designing disaster recovery and high availability solutions for critical services, collaborating with full-stack engineers and data engineers to support application deployment needs, automating repetitive operational tasks and infrastructure management, implementing and maintaining secrets management and access control systems, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers, creating comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures, and leading incident response for production infrastructure issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes administration, deployment, and troubleshooting
  • Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines
  • Extensive experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code
  • Deep knowledge of AWS services (EKS, IAM, S3, RDS, EC2)
  • Strong understanding of container technologies (Docker)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation
  • Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
