Remote Lead Generator and Appointment Setter Job

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to join our team in the role of Remote Lead Generator and Appointment Setter.

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, making outbound calls, booking appointments for our sales team, maintaining CRM data, following up with prospects, and contributing new ideas for lead generation.

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and book appointments for the sales team
  • Source and categorize leads using tools like Google Maps, targeting main roads and industry types
  • Maintain and update the database, including follow-up reminders and contact details
  • Identify and qualify leads (hot, warm, cold)
  • Send relevant information to leads as required
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure alignment and track progress
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to improve lead generation efforts
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or telesales
  • Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools is preferred
  • A creative mindset and willingness to try new lead generation approaches
