This is a full-time position for an entry-level lead generation specialist who will be responsible for initiating and maintaining contact with potential customers, generating interest in the company's offerings, and qualifying leads for further engagement by the sales team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams. They will identify and research potential leads through various channels, engage with leads to determine their needs, budget, and purchase intent, and qualify them based on predefined criteria.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential leads.
- CRM Management: Record and maintain accurate lead information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Follow-up: Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with potential leads to nurture their interest and move them through the sales funnel.
- Lead Nurturing: Use email marketing and other communication tools to nurture leads and provide them with relevant content and information.
- Sales Handoff: Coordinate with the sales team to transition qualified leads for further engagement, providing comprehensive information and context.
- Data Analysis: Analyze lead generation performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results to management.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a lead generation specialist or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other lead generation tools.
