Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist with a background in the construction industry to join our team.
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential leads within the construction industry. Your duties will include developing and executing outreach strategies via email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels. Key responsibilities include qualifying leads, scheduling appointments for sales teams, maintaining CRM systems, conducting market research, collaborating with the sales team, tracking key metrics, staying informed about industry trends, engaging in follow-up activities, and performing other lead generation-related tasks.
To excel in this role, you should have at least 1-year of proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist with international clients. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Familiarity with the construction industry is an advantage, along with impeccable interpersonal skills, proficiency in lead generation software and online marketing channels, familiarity with current technologies like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP, experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets, knowledge of online calendars and scheduling, excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills, tech savviness, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work on a graveyard shift.
