Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

We are seeking an experienced financial analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team. This key role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting in the development of budgets and forecasts.

About the Role
  • Analyze complex financial data and create detailed reports to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Develop, monitor, and update financial models and forecasts aligned with company objectives.
  • Prepare and review profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial information.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related role (BPO/shared services experience is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Skilled in financial tools/software such as Power BI, SAP, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Certifications
  • Certified Tax Technician (CTT) / Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA)
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
