Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of our construction projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in construction or project management, with expertise in residential construction, particularly townhouses, single-family homes, and small apartments.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating pre-construction activities, bid preparation, and project timelines. You will also track project progress, milestones, and budgets, addressing risks and issues as they arise.

  • Support construction projects from inception to completion, overseeing budgets, subcontractors, and safety compliance.

  • Handle financial aspects such as estimating, change orders, and project closeout.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4 to 6 years of construction or project management experience or equivalent education.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience in residential construction, particularly townhouses, single-family homes, and small apartments.
  • Effective communication skills with subcontractors, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Ability to prepare and track project timelines and budgets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • A team player willing to work in a fast-paced, growing small business.
