Accounts Payable Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the full cycle accounts payable process, including invoice processing, matching and coding, and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the accounts payable process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely payment.
  • Review and verify invoices for authorization, quantity, and pricing.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including receipts, invoices, and payments.
  • Reconcile accounts payable balances with vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years' experience in accounts payable or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (ERP) or other relevant systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
