Metering Support Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Metering Support Professional to join our team.

  • This is a key role in the SmartEnergy Management Department, responsible for ensuring the accurate management of meter data across a diverse client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring data quality and resolving any issues that arise
  • Coordinating with meter providers and retailers to ensure timely access to meter data
  • Managing CRM tickets related to new meter feed activations
  • Providing responsive service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, supported by a relevant degree in Business Administration, IT or Data Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Data entry experience required, with experience in a metering, energy services, utilities, or data-intensive environment highly desired
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and excellent planning, time management, and self-organisation
