Key Marketing Template Developer Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented key marketing template developer to drive business growth through innovative variable data print (VDP) and cross-media marketing solutions.

This role focuses on creating, implementing, and optimizing dynamic marketing templates using XMPie software based on specifications from our ticketing system.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality XMPie uDirect, uCreate, and uProduce templates that meet project requirements and specifications.
  • Develop personalized marketing materials for various channels, including print, email, web, and mobile.
  • Implement complex personalization rules, conditional logic, and dynamic content blocks to enhance customer engagement.
  • Configure ADOR (Automatic Dynamic Output Rules) for multi-channel campaigns to ensure seamless execution.
  • Establish data mappings between templates and customer databases or data sources for accurate information exchange.
  • Process incoming tickets and interpret technical requirements, mockups, and brand guidelines to deliver customized solutions.
  • Configure variable elements, including text, images, barcodes, QR codes, and charts, to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Maintain reusable asset libraries and template components to streamline the development process.
  • Ensure proper color management and print specifications for production-ready files to guarantee excellent quality.
  • Conduct thorough testing of all personalization logic and variable elements to validate accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Generate proof sets and perform pre-flight checks before template release to ensure flawless execution.
  • Validate data merge accuracy and output across different channels to maintain consistency.
  • Troubleshoot template issues and resolve technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Document template specifications and maintain version control to track progress and updates.
  • Monitor and prioritize tickets based on deadlines and business requirements to optimize productivity.
  • Communicate with project managers, designers, and stakeholders regarding ticket status and progress.
  • Provide time estimates for template creation and revisions to manage expectations.
  • Maintain accurate ticket documentation and status updates to facilitate smooth collaboration.
