Appointment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Appointment Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

The Appointment Coordinator will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team, accurately inputting information into our system, and representing the company in the best way possible when conversing with contacts.

Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and schedule appointments;
  • Scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team;
  • Accurately inputting information into our system to ensure data integrity;
  • Representing the company in the best way possible when conversing with contacts to build trust and rapport;
  • Ensuring all calls meet the standards and requirements of the company;
  • Delivering reports accurately and on a timely basis;
  • Participating in process-improvement initiatives to continuously enhance our operations.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or any similar role;
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers;
  • Basic technical skills, including the ability to navigate a computer, use common software applications, and perform simple troubleshooting;
  • Strong internet connection to enable seamless communication;
  • Designated professional and quiet workspace to minimize distractions;
  • Amenable to working on a graveyard shift to accommodate our operational needs.
