We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist our founder in placing attorneys at top-tier law firms.
Key Responsibilities:- Candidate Outreach: Conduct cold calls, emails, and outreach to identify and engage attorneys for roles within law firms.
- Support Founder: Shadow the founder on candidate prep calls, client meetings, and strategy discussions to learn the legal recruiting industry.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage follow-ups, and ensure a smooth process for candidates and clients.
- Relationship Building: Develop genuine connections with candidates to understand their career goals and align them with opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Keep candidate and client information organized using CRM tools.
- Market Research: Stay informed about trends in the legal industry to identify top talent and opportunities.
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, legal, or phone-based roles.
- Skills: Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach; strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with candidates and clients; organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must work full-time during business hours.
- Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet, proficiency with remote tools, and a quiet home office setup.
- Hands-On Mentorship: Work directly with our founder, gaining hands-on experience in legal recruiting.
