Job Description

As a customer support specialist, you will be the heart and soul of our company, responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers. You will be handling inquiries and issues via online chat, email, and phone calls, clarifying customer needs, determining causes, selecting and explaining solutions, and following up to ensure issues are resolved.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, comfortable switching gears quickly and passionate about helping people. They should be able to translate technical ideas into non-technical language and possess critical thinking skills.

You will also be working closely with our development team to identify and report bugs, participate in writing help documentation, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple chats simultaneously, and has a positive attitude. If you're a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow with our company, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • English as primary language (secondary languages a plus)
  • At least one year of experience in live chat customer support for software/SaaS platforms
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms
  • Critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with positive attitude and ability to continuously develop and adapt
  • Familiarity with chat and CRM platforms
