Job Title: Architectural Designer

We are seeking a skilled architectural designer with a strong background in rendering, construction documentation, and detailing. This role requires proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion software to create high-quality architectural designs and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Development: Develop architectural designs and construction documentation using Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion.
  • Rendering and Visualization: Create detailed renderings and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Project Collaboration: Collaborate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Plan Review and Refinement: Review and refine architectural plans, elevations, and sections.
  • Construction Documentation: Produce detailed construction drawings and specifications.
  • Code Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and documentation.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion software.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods and building systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent rendering and visualization skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Teamwork: Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
