Real Estate Transaction Manager

As a highly skilled and organized Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of real estate transactions from pre-listing to close.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is self-starting, has a can-do attitude, and is willing to work diligently alongside clients during business hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize and manage Brivity CRM to improve operational activities for clients based on priorities.
- Oversee buyer and seller transactions from initial contact through closing, ensuring seamless coordination with third parties and inspections.
- Prepare comprehensive pre-listing materials, obtain essential signatures, and input listing information on MLS and marketing websites.
- Coordinate negotiations regarding repairs and submit necessary documentation for file compliance and update client database systems.
- Conduct customer follow-up to assist with home improvements, gather referrals, or perform circle prospecting.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field, with a focus on organizational skills and data management.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other data management tools, including CRM software.
- Detail-oriented, motivated by achievements, and collaborative, with the ability to manage competing demands and a diverse workload.
- Ability to work independently following client business hours, adhering to Pacific, Central, Eastern, and Mountain time zones.
