Job Overview

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day planning and operations of your team. You will ensure each Teammate delivers on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and achieves Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to think creatively to solve problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day planning and operations of your team
  • Ensure each Teammate delivers on SLAs and achieves KPIs
  • Organize and handle the team, adhering to schedules
  • Train and develop your team through team huddles and coaching sessions
  • Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of Teammates
  • Offer solutions for team growth and development
  • Create reports of team performance and document feedback from clients
  • Manage issues arising, including HR-related ones
  • Act as liaison between management and your team

Requirements:

  • At least two years of relevant Team Leader experience in an outsourcing or similar company, managing a minimum of 10 teammates while working in a customer support role
  • At least one year supervisory experience supporting Healthcare accounts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Above-average technical know-how
  • Previous experience working in phone, email, and live chat customer support roles
  • Familiarity with e-Commerce, ZenDesk, or any other CRM tools
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on different shifts
