Remote Medical Assistant Role

We seek a dedicated and organized professional to work as a Virtual Medical Assistant in our healthcare operations team. This role involves providing administrative support, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations, and contributing to content creation and digital marketing efforts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks (scheduling, email management, document handling, data entry).
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance through audits, documentation, and internal controls.
  • Support training initiatives and policy updates related to compliance.
  • Create and publish content on the company website and social media platforms.
