Job Overview

As a key player in the finance team, this role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory costs across various stages. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and be able to work effectively within a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurate product costing to support business decisions
  • Month-end closing tasks, including review of results from third-party providers
  • Financial analysis preparation, such as Purchase Price Variance and Gross Profit Analysis
  • Reconciliation of balance sheet inventory-related accounts and prepaid/accrual clearing accounts
  • Support for business planning and budget updates
  • Preparation of information for external and internal audits
  • Liaison with business partners to resolve issues related to inventory
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy or relevant field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing, audit, or financial shared services
  • Strong team working and relationship building skills
  • Autonomy in decision-making and prioritization of workload
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for daily operations and interfacing with internal and external customers
  • Ability to read, understand, verbally exchange information, and compose written material in English
  • Experience in using ERP systems, with SAP applications being preferred
  • Proficiency in basic MS Office applications
