Job Overview

GitStack IT Solutions is seeking a senior-level full-stack development leader to drive technical strategies and deliver high-quality software solutions.

This role will involve leading the development team in planning, building, and deploying full-stack applications. Additionally, it will require driving the technical roadmap for ERP, healthcare, and enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead the development team to design, build, and deploy full-stack applications.
  • Ensure software architecture, system design, and development follow best practices.
  • Mentor and guide developers to foster technical excellence.
  • Oversee cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and database management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT/software development, with at least 8 years in leadership.
  • Strong hands-on background in full-stack development: frontend - React, Angular; backend - Python, Java; databases - MySQL, PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with cloud/DevOps platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
