
Cloud Services Delivery Manager

Serve as a key point of contact for defined customer groups, managing communications, support and service delivery for cloud-based travel and expense management solutions. Your role is to act as a primary contact for assigned customers, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.
Your Key Responsibilities- Manage customer communications, including support tickets, configuration changes and service performance discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure clear, consistent communication and accountability for the overall customer experience.
- Facilitate data gathering for onboarding new customers or partner projects.
- Define expectations and scope of work with customers.
- Act as ongoing point of contact for assigned portfolio of customers in relation to post-implementation services.
- Manage escalation processes, including coordination and documentation of customer escalations.
- Triage client queries and service requests to appropriate teams.
- Manage project transition processes between services and support teams.
- Assist with onboarding activities for new team members, including training and knowledge transfer.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
- 0–3 years of working experience.
- Self-directed work style and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Task-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills.
- Customer management skills and strong analytical abilities.
