A Healthcare Agent has a dynamic role that involves assisting clients with health-related services, insurance policies, and administrative tasks.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Healthcare Agent to assist clients with healthcare-related inquiries, insurance policies, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a solid understanding of healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with healthcare insurance inquiries, claims, and policy selection.
  • Provide guidance on healthcare benefits, coverage options, and eligibility requirements.
  • Process applications, renewals, and documentation with accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain client records and update information in the system.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers for referrals and medical record transfers.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve policy-related issues.
  • Stay updated on healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and industry trends.
  • Meet performance targets while ensuring ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Preferably with at least one year of experience in BPO (healthcare/ insurance/ appointment setting/ sales).
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, insurance plans, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to work onsite in Lipa City.
