About the Job:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and staying ahead of market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximise revenue and client acquisition.
- Hire, train, and mentor a team of 10+ sales professionals to exceed targets.
- Oversee the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Monitor performance and analyse metrics to ensure KPI and target achievement.
- Engage with key stakeholders to expand business and build strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- 8-10+ years of experience in B2B sales (international scale)
- Proven success leading and managing a team
- A strong, results-oriented leader who thrives under pressure.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to create and implement data-driven sales strategies.
