Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Technical Operations Specialist to provide remote support to our affiliate employees. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance via phone, email, or chat for end-users experiencing issues with various platforms including Microsoft Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, Microsoft 365 apps, Adobe, and others.
  • Remote Desktop support using ConnectWise Automate for network maintenance, troubleshooting, modifications, and upgrades of facilities.
  • Supporting Fortinet FortiGate Gateways, high-availability setups, and other network-related tasks.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Assist the pre-sales engineering team, sales teams, and customers with product inquiries and demonstrations.
  • Post-Sales Support: Provide Mikrotik post-sales support to customers after they purchase a Mikrotik product.
  • Assist with process documentation, including user, network, RMA, and support processes.
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager.
