Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our People Consulting practice. As a member of this team, you will play a key role in managing the global workforce and supporting clients in aligning their HR function with organizational plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR Transformation, specifically in managing projects across HR Tech implementation, process re-engineering, operating model redesign, and HR SSC implementation.

In addition to technical expertise, we seek someone with strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to manage ambiguity and be proactive.
