We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a critical role in our SAP Human Capital Management team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key part in providing expert consulting services for HCM applications.

The Opportunity

In this position, you will be responsible for analysing client requirements, implementing software solutions and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of HCM applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance and maintain HR processes within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Provide specialist guidance to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
  • Analyse data to inform decisions and strategies
  • Mentor colleagues in application maintenance best practices
  • E nsure compliance with HR technology standards
  • Drive initiatives to streamline HR functionalities
  • Stay informed on the latest trends in HR technology
Requirements:

This role requires a strong understanding of HCM software solutions, excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SAP HCM applications and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

A degree in a relevant field and/or relevant certifications would be advantageous.

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
