Responsibilities
  • Product Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members
  • Feature Prioritization: Collaborate with Development and UI/UX teams to create product roadmaps and prioritize features
  • Customer Insights: Conduct customer interviews to identify needs and market trends that inform product decisions
  • Requirements Gathering: Develop detailed product requirements and specifications to guide development
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve products
  • Launch Coordination: Coordinate product launch activities including marketing strategies and training for sales teams
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management or related field
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
