Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious professional to join our growing operations team as a Financial Transaction Specialist.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to learn from industry-leading systematic processes while building a career in premium mortgage services.

You'll start by managing 10-15 financial transactions monthly and progress to full capacity (40+ transactions) within 90 days. Working closely with our Senior Financial Analyst and Strategy team, you'll develop expertise across all transaction types while contributing to the systematic excellence that sets us apart from traditional mortgage brokers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and submit financial transactions prepared by our strategy team with exceptional attention to detail
  • Start with simpler transactions and progress to complex scenarios under guidance
  • Manage transaction workflows using digital platforms
  • Coordinate with clients, lenders, solicitors, conveyancers, and various third parties
  • Handle settlement coordination and manage competing priorities
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mortgage processing experience preferred but exceptional candidates new to the industry will be considered
  • Understanding of Australian lending landscape (basic knowledge acceptable, comprehensive training provided)
  • Proficiency with digital systems and technology
  • Administrative or customer service background demonstrating attention to detail and client focus
