Financial Transaction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Transaction Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong technical financial skills and leadership qualities to step into a supervisory role.
Main Responsibilities- Process invoices, credit memos, and other financial transactions accurately and on time
- Communicate effectively with vendors, service centers, and the procurement team
- Manage the financial transaction inbox, researching inquiries, and responding professionally
- Monitor and maintain workflow systems, ensuring queues are clear and current
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies and variances outside of tolerances
- Reconcile vendor statements and assist in preparing reports for financial visibility and review
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities proactively
- Collaborate closely with the finance team and provide updates as needed
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- 2+ years of experience in finance, with some exposure to coordinating or supporting junior staff preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications; familiarity with financial systems is a bonus
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Experience in a multi-client or high-volume environment is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and a desire to grow into a leadership role
