Job Description

Supporting Financial Advisers in Delivering Quality Advice

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to support our financial advisers in delivering high-quality financial planning advice to clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in paraplanning, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to prepare comprehensive documentation.

  • Prepare polished, compliant Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs) for diverse client portfolios under Australian regulatory standards.
  • Perform financial modelling and scenario analysis including cash flow, investment projections, retirement and superannuation projections, and insurance strategies.
  • Research and evaluate products, investments, insurance, superannuation, and structure options to identify best-fit options for clients.
  • Maintain and update client data using tools/systems like Xplan, Adviser Logic, and other planning software ensuring all data and documents are accurate.
  • Collaborate with advisers reviewing meeting notes, providing input, preparing pre-meeting technical materials, and supporting advice implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, internal quality standards, and best-interest obligations.
  • Manage multiple advice projects deadlines and document revisions giving attention to detail in every deliverable.
