Lead Financial Analyst Position

This position involves taking ownership of financial workflows and working closely with our U.S.-based executive and finance teams. As a Lead Financial Analyst, you will own FP&A workflows, deliver timely and accurate reporting, and support strategic initiatives across our business.

You will be responsible for maintaining and updating our dynamic operating model and cash flow forecast, supporting budget creation and monthly reforecasting cycles. This includes delivering recurring financial dashboards and insights on revenue, margin, COGS, working capital, and EBITDA by channel.

The successful candidate will also reconcile inventory data across platforms, analyze landed cost trends, and support operations in improving forecast accuracy. Additionally, they will build and enhance Excel/Google Sheets models; automate workflows and reporting using AI tools and macros where appropriate.

A critical component of this role is to prepare high-quality finance packages and investor updates, as well as lead deep dives into cohort performance, pricing changes, product/channel profitability, or working capital scenarios.

To succeed in this position, you should have 3–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting. Experience with inventory-heavy or omnichannel consumer businesses is strongly preferred. You must be comfortable working with U.S. finance teams, time zones, and tools.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (index-match, array formulas, pivot tables, scripting); ability to build from scratch.
  • Strong analytical rigor with comfort in messy datasets, CSVs, EDI files, and working cross-functionally to fill gaps.
