We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team, providing critical support to our Executive and contributing to the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Manage the Executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare the Executive for meetings, including researching topics, organizing materials, and developing agendas.
  • Email and Document Management: Respond to emails and manage documents on behalf of the Executive, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
  • Document Creation: Draft meeting notes, slides, and other documents as required by the Executive.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Administrative Experience: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate administrative tasks, and maintain organizational systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
