Job Title: TSR / Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled TSR / Customer Service Representative to join our team at Gratitude Philippines. As a TSR / Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months BPO experience
  • Senior High School graduate
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:

Salary: 20,800.00

  • Electronics: No experience required, 4-year course graduate preferred
  • Logistic: At least Senior High School graduate
