Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Monitoring & Incident SRE to safeguard system uptime and build world-class observability.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering and operations, identifying issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving improvements that prevent recurrence.

As a key member of our team, you'll take ownership of monitoring, alerting, and incident management for production systems, designing dashboards, building alerting pipelines, and using automation to reduce toil while ensuring system uptime.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or IT Operations roles with a strong background in monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, SigNoz).
  • Experience running and improving incident response processes and ability to perform root cause analysis and document learnings.
  • Strong hands-on experience with scripting for automation (Python, TypeScript, or Bash) and familiarity with distributed systems and cloud environments.
